Agricio Farm and Resort in Oroquieta: Our Relaxing Misamis Occidental Stay

This was one of those trips that felt simple in the best way: a good drive, a change of scenery, a quiet place to rest, and enough comfort to make the whole family feel settled after traveling.

Agricio Farm and Resort is located in Purok 3, Mobod, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental. It is not a huge, noisy city hotel. The feel is more relaxed: a farm-resort setting with greenery, open spaces, a swimming pool, and rooms that make sense for couples, small families, and bigger groups. For us, it worked well as a comfortable stop while enjoying Oroquieta and the slower pace of Misamis Occidental.

What We Liked About The Trip

The drive to Oroquieta was already part of the experience. There is something refreshing about leaving the usual busy routes and arriving somewhere that feels calmer. Once we got to Agricio Farm and Resort, the stay matched that mood. It felt easy to slow down, walk around, enjoy the pool area, and just spend time together without rushing from one activity to the next.

That is probably what we enjoyed most: the trip did not need to be complicated. Oroquieta gave us a peaceful provincial feel, and the resort gave us a clean, convenient place to rest. If you are planning a family trip around Misamis Occidental, Agricio is worth checking especially if you want a stay that is quiet, practical, and still has resort-style amenities.

Our Room Rate And Breakfast

For this stay, the room we rented was around PHP 5,000. What made it feel more convenient for us was that it already came with complimentary breakfast for 3 plates, which was a nice inclusion after the travel to Oroquieta.

Instead of comparing all the possible room rates, I think the better way to describe our experience is this: our room worked well for our trip, the breakfast inclusion helped, and the overall stay felt comfortable for the family. Is Agricio Farm and Resort Worth Visiting?

For our kind of travel, yes. We enjoyed the drive to Oroquieta, and we enjoyed staying at Agricio Farm and Resort because it gave us a quiet, comfortable place to rest. It has the essentials: a pool, restaurant, clean rooms, family-friendly options, and a relaxed setting that fits the Oroquieta atmosphere.

If you are looking for a luxury city-hotel experience, this may not be what you have in mind. But if you want a peaceful farm-resort stay in Misamis Occidental, especially for a family trip or a quick Oroquieta getaway, Agricio Farm and Resort is a nice option to consider.
